Most of our high quality replacement parts are either manufactured in our own specialized machine shops in South Africa or the United States, or purchased from specialty machinists who manufacture to our specifications. Many parts are proprietary to Gauley-Robertson. Replacement parts such as chain, flights, sprockets, shafts, gears, etc. are designed to replace items made or supplied by equipment manufacturers such as Joy, Fletcher, Long-Airdox, S&S, Stamler, Eimco, Wagner, etc.

By buying from a distributor such as Gauley-Robertson instead of the OEMs, rebuilders and mines save handsomely.

In collaboration with our US sister company, we  supply many manufacturer's products, such as from Anderson, Dana Spicer, IKO Bearings, General Electric, Raybestos, US Tsubaki, TRW, Westinghouse, etc. Many of these items are stocked locally for quick delivery to local mines and rebuilders. If not in stock, we can import on short notice.

Exchange components such as traction planetaries, gathering pots, reducers, wheel units, clutch assemblies, etc. are re-manufactured by Gauley-Robertson and sold as refurbished components -- representing large savings to operators.
